What does a clearance cost?
It depends on the size, how full the property is and the access. Small cellars start at around €130, flat clearances at around €1,170. After a free on-site visit you receive a binding fixed price – a possible value offset lowers the cost.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We are 100% insured (Gothaer). Should anything break during the work, we cover the damage in full.
How does the value offset work?
Well-kept furniture, collectibles or antiques are offset against the clearance price. That can lower your invoice significantly – in some cases even to zero.
Do you also clear hoarder flats?
Yes – discreetly, respectfully and without judgement. We have experience with difficult situations and treat personal belongings with the care they deserve.
